MY MISSION
עדי שניר ג׳ונסון - יועצת ארגונית

I believe our energy is best spent on what truly matters—real collaboration and building on our strengths—rather than getting stuck in office politics or worrying about our weaknesses. My “Power Skills” workshops equip managers, entrepreneurs, and teams with practical tools to handle everyday challenges, communicate effectively, and stay aligned on shared goals. With the right mindset and methods, we can create a work environment that supports growth.

Let’s elevate a positive approach that helps leaders understand their own style.

Here are some of the tailored workshops to boost leadership skills

Leading from a Strengths Perspective

Exploring our strengths and getting to know our peers and team members will bring us to better productivity, wellbeing, and becoming the best version of ourselves. Based on Positive Psychology and VIA.

Authentic Leadership Through Anigram

Discover your leadership style with our Enneagram-based workshop. This interactive session helps managers identify their strengths, address areas for growth, and enhance self-awareness. By exploring the nine personality types, participants learn to adapt their communication and management styles to foster stronger, more effective teams.

Effective Leadership in Uncertain Times

We’ll learn and use Steven Covey's approach and the VUCA model to lead, engage, and delegate effectively. It helps us navigate everyday and uncertain situations, aligning our actions with our goals.

Time & Energy Mastery

Learn practical tips and techniques to effectively prioritize tasks, eliminate time-wasting habits, and achieve a better work-life balance. Through interactive exercises and insightful discussions, you'll gain valuable skills to optimize your time and accomplish more with less stress.

Mindful Conflict Resolution

Through practical exercises and hands-on activities, you'll gain tools to identify the root causes of conflict, communicate effectively in challenging situations, and turn disagreements into opportunities for growth. Conflict is a natural part of teamwork—when managed constructively, it can strengthen relationships and drive collaboration. With the right tools and mindset, anyone can navigate conflicts with confidence and create positive outcomes.

Identifying Communication & Managerial Patterns

We’ll identify our communication patterns to better understand ourselves, increase empathy for our team members, and improve our teamwork. Based on MBTI, Adizes Theory.

Attentive Teamwork

We’ll discover the skill of listening in teamwork and explore how enhancing our listening skills improves communication, leadership, and relationships with team members. Through practical exercises, you'll learn techniques to become better listeners. Based on the U Model Theory - Otto Scharmer.

Feedforward vs. Feedback Culture

We’ll embrace and practice the "feedforward" approach, which involves providing feedback from positive and growth perspectives. By doing this, we can enhance our relationships with managers, team members, and peers in daily managerial activities, challenging conversations, teamwork meetings, and more.

Boosting Team Ideation

Through practical exercises and hands-on activities inspired by the Design Thinking methodology, you'll gain tools to brainstorm effectively and generate innovative ideas with your team. And yes, everyone is creative—it’s like a muscle: some of us use it often, while others just need the right tools and practice to strengthen it.

Team Routines That Work

Every manager has routines — team meetings, 1:1s, feedback talks. But are they helping or draining you? In this workshop, we’ll learn when routines add value, and how to design formats that bring clarity, commitment, and flow. Includes do’s & don’ts of common management routines.
